Our caregivers provide door-to-door assistance, ensuring that clients get to their destinations safely and comfortably. Whether it’s a hospital visit, a GP appointment, a trip to the hairdresser, or a family gathering, we will be there to support you every step of the way. We help with:
- Booking and arranging taxi transport
- Escorting clients to appointments and back home
- Providing companionship and reassurance throughout the trip
- Assisting with paperwork and follow-up instructions as needed
Home Adaptation Support
As mobility needs change, ensuring that your home remains safe and accessible is crucial. We offer practical assistance in sourcing and arranging home adaptations to improve comfort and independence. This includes:
- Assessing home needs and discussing modifications for better accessibility
- Helping clients obtain quotes for mobility aids such as stair lifts, grab rails, and wheelchair ramps
- Arranging consultations for the installation of hospital beds or specialist furniture
- Supporting clients with planning changes to accommodate bedroom relocation to a more accessible area (e.g., setting up a downstairs bedroom)
- Liaising with professionals (contractors, mobility specialists, or occupational therapists) to ensure necessary modifications are completed
